Our mission is to elevate marketing teams.

Complexity is the biggest challenge facing marketing teams today.

We know marketers are now held accountable for driving multiple and wide-ranging business objectives, including, but not limited to:  product development, innovation, new client acquisition, retention, brand activation, data privacy, and bottom-line revenue.

That accountability requires marketers to wear multiple hats and collaborate with other teams on a daily basis – some days you're neck deep in website work with engineering, other days developing concepts and fine-tuning ads with creative, and who could forget the classic 'frantic scrambling' that comes with addressing yet another blow-up on social media or the anxiety that comes with pressing that email 'send' button.

While spinning all these plates, marketers need to also account for a huge breadth of influencing factors, from culture to markets to competitors. Marketers have to plan long term and make high-stakes decisions in environments of high ambiguity.

The rise of marketing technology, with all the benefits it brings, also introduces new layers of operational complexity requiring yet more expertise, more specialization, and more integration of more disparate activities.

Marketing is hard! It's exciting every day, but it's complex enough marketers can spend all their time managing technology and data, instead of doing what they do best--being strategic, business-minded, creative difference-makers. We wanted to change that.

So, we made Jove.

Life at Jove Looks a Lot Like This:

Flexible PTO

We value brilliance, not burnout. We work hard because we love what we do. We take the time off we need, when we need it, within a culture of trust.

Health & Wellness

We offer health, dental, vision, and a health savings account (HSA) with employer contribution, as well as mental health counseling and more.

Community Spirit

Our people care about our communities. Get involved and give back with company volunteer days and flexible time off for volunteering.

Commuter Assistance

From paid ORCA cards at our Seattle headquarters to employer-subsidized commuter options, we have all your transportation needs covered.

Dog-Friendly Culture

We welcome all walks of life—including paw prints! Our dog-friendly culture is a favorite perk. Prefer a Fido-free setting? We have dog-free areas as well.
